• Develop daily load plans and schedule and track shipments.
• Process EDI and non-EDI orders and verify order accuracy.
• Identify order or delivery issues and coordinate resolution.
• Collaborate with production planning and transportation for on-time deliveries.
• Communicate with transportation carriers about scheduling and status.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in systems.
• Collaborate with Sales and Accounts Receivable.
• Learn and use customer-specific systems and portals.
