Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a Customer Accounts Manager to lead the customer accounts department at a Mississippi retail store. The role emphasizes achieving collections and lease renewals goals while supporting store operations and helping customers own their merchandise.

The position requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs with help, and working hours from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Incentive pay may apply based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years in US; 18+ in Canada.
• Valid state driver’s license with satisfactory MVR.
• DOT certification if location requires it.
• Flexible hours 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs solo and 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer accounts department to hit daily/weekly/monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired/ unrenewed agreements.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure products and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Support General Manager with account-related recommendations and lease closings.
• Assist the sales team as needed.
