Godshall Recruiting is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Account Manager to oversee assigned customer accounts from order entry through final delivery and follow-up support. You will answer questions, resolve account-related concerns, and ensure accurate pricing, inventory, and shipping details.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service/account management for large national retailers, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, EDI, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of customer service/account management (for large national retailers), logistics and inventory management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, EDI and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned customer accounts from order entry through final delivery and follow-up support.
• Act as the primary contact for customers by providing updates, answering questions, and resolving account-related concerns.
• Review and process orders while verifying pricing, inventory, shipping details, and customer-specific requirements.
• Partner with internal teams and external business partners to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account compliance requirements, customer portals, routing guides, and operational procedures.
• Assist with reporting, returns, credits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
