Nestlé USA is hiring a Customer Account Associate to support Account Directors, CAMs, and SCASs. You’ll oversee systems administration, data accuracy, and facilitate planning for large-scale meetings and joint business initiatives.

You will coordinate item setup, track new items and promotions, manage samples, and assist with promotional contracts. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint familiarity is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to the Account Director/Senior Manager and CAM/SCAS.
• Organize team meetings and drive efficiencies for the account team and Neighborhood Grocers Team.
• Manage customer forms, data entry, strategy planning for large meetings.
• Assist with item setup, data entry, and tracking of new items and promotions.
• Coordinate and assist with promotional contracts and sampling processes.
• Communicate with Nestlé Retail Sales and Distributor teams to improve execution.
