Job summary

Nestlé USA is recruiting a Customer Account Associate to support the account team and ensure smooth operations. You will assist in sales targets, coordinate meetings, manage data in systems, and contribute to planning efforts across Nestlé Retail Sales and Distributor teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with strong communication skills; bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with SharePoint and other collaboration tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support to help achieve annual sales targets, drive profitable sales, and share growth.
• Organize and lead team meetings and platforms to drive efficiencies.
• Manage customer forms, ensuring accurate information in systems.
• Coordinate and assist with strategy for large-scale meetings and planning sessions.
• Attend internal and customer meetings as opportunities arise.
• Assist with item setup and data entry in forms/systems.
• Track new items, big bets, and other ad hoc activities.
• Compile digital product and ad images and support promotional contracts.
• Manage sample ordering and track inventory.
