Job summary

Aaron's, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payment collections and lease renewals by explaining lease benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will build relationships with customers over the phone and face-to-face, maintain account information, and support the sales team to hit daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals. The role requires strong communication and high energy.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm.
• Must be 21+ with valid state Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts and payment appointments.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases via home visits or phone.
• Promote timely lease renewals and payments.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly, monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with returns and deliveries as directed.
• Load, secure and protect product for delivery and operate company vehicle.
• Support Sales Team as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.
