Associated Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Customer Account Specialist in Gallatin, TN. The role focuses on day-to-day support for the assigned region, handling customer and supplier setup, AR tasks, and portal administration.

The ideal candidate has AR process knowledge, ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), Lean Six Sigma, and strong communication skills. Travel may be domestic; warehouse environment with moderate noise.

Qualifications

• Three years’ minimum experience in the packaging industry preferred.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems with a structured approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient MS Office, TEAMS/SharePoint; some domestic travel.
• Experience in a warehouse environment; moderate noise level.

Responsabilités

• Set up new customers and suppliers with sales and sourcing teams.
• Monitor and manage open accounts receivable past due.
• Set up and maintain customer portals and portal costs.
• Access invoice status and payment information across portals.
• Support tax exemption documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Resolve billing and payment issues with customers and branches.
• Ensure KPI monitoring and corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate freight collect and third-party account setup.
• Support continuous improvement projects to reduce costs.
