Job summary

RK Water is seeking a Customer Account Manager to oversee day-to-day customer accounts from onboarding through invoicing and renewals. You’ll collaborate with operations, manufacturing, and sales to maintain accurate information and timely billing, ensuring a strong customer experience and smooth business operations.

The role emphasizes managing contracts, payments, inventory data, and account documentation while providing administrative support to multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing customer accounts, billing, or account administration.
• Ability to independently manage multiple account activities, deadlines, records, and administrative processes.
• Experience working with financial, inventory, billing, or account management systems.
• Ability to evaluate account information, identify discrepancies, and resolve routine issues while escalating unusual matters.

Responsibilities

• Set up new customers, service sites, service management agreements, and vendor or supplier accounts with complete information.
• Generate work orders for scheduled services and coordinate with operations and manufacturing as needed.
• Manage monthly and quarterly billing for various customer activities.
• Monitor account activity including contracts, renewals, POs, master service agreements, AR, inventory, and payments.
• Track sales and commissions, maintain organized records, and provide administrative support across RK Water.
