Job summary

RK Water in Denver, CO is seeking a Customer Account Manager to handle day-to-day details of customer accounts, onboarding new customers, service sites, billing, renewals, and inventory data.

You will collaborate with operations, manufacturing, sales, and other teams to keep information accurate and ensure timely billing, monitor activity, and provide administrative coordination to deliver a strong customer experience. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing customer accounts, billing, and account administration.
• Ability to independently manage multiple account activities and deadlines.
• Experience with financial, inventory, billing, or account management systems.
• Ability to resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Set up new customers, service sites, and accounts with required information.
• Generate work orders for services and repairs, coordinating with ops and manufacturing.
• Manage monthly and quarterly billing for manufacturing, sales, dealer accounts, projects, parts, and other customer activities.
• Monitor account activity, including contracts, renewals, purchase orders, AR, inventory, and payments.
• Track sales and commission information; maintain organized records; support month-end GL activity.
