RK Water in Denver, CO is hiring a Customer Account Manager to oversee day-to-day customer accounts, onboarding, and billing operations. You will coordinate with operations, manufacturing, and sales to ensure accurate account setup and timely billing.

The role requires a college degree and experience in account management, billing, and system-based processes. Health benefits and retirement contributions are included as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• College or university degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing customer accounts, billing, or account administration.
• Ability to manage multiple account activities and deadlines.
• Experience with financial, inventory, billing or account management systems.
• Ability to resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters.

Responsabilités

• Set up new customers, service sites, and vendor or supplier accounts with complete information.
• Generate work orders for scheduled services and coordinate with operations.
• Manage monthly and quarterly billing for various customer activities.
• Monitor contracts, renewals, POs, accounts receivable, and inventory data.
• Track sales, maintain records, and support month-end general ledger activity.
