Job summary

RK Industries (RK) is seeking an Account Manager for RK Service in Denver to serve as the primary point of contact for key service customers. You will translate client needs into actionable scopes and work with operations to ensure seamless execution from start to finish.

You will oversee service project estimates, maintain clear communication, and coordinate with Service Projects and Operations Teams to keep information accurate and current.

Qualifications

• College/University graduate preferred with 7 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Indirect supervision.
• Requires the use of advanced techniques and knowledge within his/her function.
• Applies diversified knowledge of applicable principles and practices to a broad variety of assignments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the transfer of information from customers to the RK Service team.
• Identify possible problems/issues and coordinate solutions.
• Prepare/oversee accurate PM estimates and scope letters.
• Facilitate the transfer of projects to the Service Projects Team.
• Ensure all RK Service offerings meet customer requirements.
• Maintain demonstrable, regular contact and support with assigned customers.
• Create scope summaries that define project and maintenance contract pricing and responsibilities.
• Explain and define pricing and scope to clients.
• Represent RK Service to ensure up-to-date information transfer.
• Offer solutions and gather information to keep project scope within budget.
• Attend job walks with the Service Projects Team.
• Other duties as assigned.
