A day in the life of a Customer Account Representative:

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in stores, in customers' homes, and over the phone. Obtain new rental orders as needed.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load, unload, install products, and maintain vehicles according to procedures.
• Merchandising: Keep the store inviting and organized, refurbish merchandise to like-new condition, and maintain cleanliness.

What are the minimum requirements?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and good driving record (will be driving company vehicles)
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands:

Position requires active movement, lifting heavy items, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Expected Hours of Work:
