Position Summary:

As a Mortgage Lead & Realtor Account Representative, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, engaging with clients and prospects nationwide. Utilizing cutting-edge AI technology and marketing tools, you will receive leads, guide clients through mortgage needs, and deliver essential information. Your role involves building relationships, analyzing financial scenarios, and offering tailored solutions in a high-call-volume, fast-paced environment. Leads and Realtor connections are provided, but proactive efforts to grow your client base are encouraged. You will also attend open houses on weekends, with one weekend off per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high call volumes from clients nationwide.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management skills (minimum 8/10 proficiency; testing required).
  • Provide accurate information on mortgage products and services.
  • Build rapport and effectively address client needs.
  • Assist clients with mortgage inquiries, offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and loan officers for seamless communication.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain client records and follow up.
  • Prove proficiency with tools like Slack, HubSpot, Outlook, Birdeye, Box, etc. (testing required).
  • Contribute to business growth through excellent customer service.
  • Follow company playbooks and schedules; follow-up proficiency (8/10) is mandatory.
  • Engage clients to identify suitable mortgage products, lock loans, and submit paperless packages.
  • Ensure adherence to 14-day close requirements and loan stipulations.
  • Manage various loan types (Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA); testing will be conducted.

Qualifications:

  • Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing (minimum 2 years).
  • At least two years of sales experience and two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or related role.
  • For newly licensed applicants, at least five years of sales experience and willingness to undergo training.
  • Flexibility to work 40-45 hours weekly.
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in call centers or customer service (mortgage/finance experience is a plus).
  • Ability to build rapport and deliver positive client experiences.
  • Basic knowledge of mortgage terms and products is advantageous.

Selection Process:

  • Initial phone interview with a Recruiter.
  • Complete an assessment.
  • Testing (required).
  • Zoom interview with Team Leader and Admin staff.
  • Final interview with the CEO.

Training:

  • Mandatory two-week training for new hires.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Saturday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (attend 3 out of 4 weekends for open houses)
  • Closed on Sundays and Holidays.

Compensation:

  • W-2 employment only.
  • Base salary and/or commissions depending on the role.
