Job Overview

Provide customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life. You will do meaningful work and make a difference in our customers' lives!

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in our stores, at customers' homes, and on the phone. Obtain new rental orders when needed.
2. Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products, following all handling procedures. Maintain vehicles and ensure safety compliance.
3. Merchandising: Keep the store inviting and organized, refurbish merchandise to like-new condition, and maintain cleanliness.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift and move heavy items
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands

Must be active: standing, walking, bending, lifting heavy items, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Work Schedule
