A day in the life of a Customer Account Representative:

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in our stores and in customers' homes, obtaining new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products, following all procedures, maintaining vehicles, and displaying a winning spirit.
• Merchandising: Keep the store organized, clean, and inviting, refurbishing merchandise to like-new condition.

What are the minimum requirements?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and good driving record — You will be driving company vehicles
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands:

The role is active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and lifting heavy items regularly. All safety guidelines must be followed.
