A day in the life of a Customer Account Representative:

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch experiences through "white glove" service in stores and in customers' homes, and obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products, following all handling and transportation procedures, and maintain vehicles.
• Merchandising: Keep the store inviting, organized, and clean, refurbishing merchandise to like-new condition.

What are the minimum requirements?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, and lift heavy items regularly, following safety guidelines.

Expected Hours of Work: Full-time, Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off and one other weekday off. Hours may vary.
