Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Customer Account Manager based in the United States to serve as the primary contact for customers and guide them through the order and supply chain lifecycle from quotation to delivery.

You will coordinate with Sales, Supply Planning, Product Management, and Quality teams to maintain accurate customer data and ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently. The role combines customer service, inside sales, and supply chain coordination in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of customer service or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle ERP.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate customer master data and coordinate with the credit team to establish terms.
• Facilitate quotation process, enter orders, and support item setup.
• Maintain CRM records and provide customers with timely order updates.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning and Plant Scheduling on delivery and lead times.
• Own JIT supply chain programs for assigned customers.
• Follow up on quotations and identify new opportunities within established accounts.
• Collaborate with Program Managers on new program launches and major projects.
• Support forecasting and inventory planning with Sales and Demand Planning.
• Act as primary coordinator for resolving customer disputes with Quality.
