Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Account Management or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, medical device, or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English; German is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between assigned customer accounts and Jabil's operations teams.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships based on trust and operational excellence.
• Coordinate customer requirements with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Planning, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery performance while proactively identifying risks.
• Monitor demand forecasts, order status, inventory levels, and key account metrics.
• Lead customer communications regarding schedules, deliveries, escalations, and issues.
• Organize and participate in customer reviews and performance discussions.
• Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support account growth opportunities and contribute to strategic objectives.
• Maintain accurate account data and reporting within ERP and business systems.
