Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle ERP.
• Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer relationship and master file information.
• Interact with credit terms and quote processes; receive orders.
• Enter and maintain orders, use CRM for customer interactions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Planning, and Quality to resolve issues.
• Monitor order status and expediting as necessary.
