Job summary

Serac Inc. is expanding its account management team and hiring a Customer Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of our West Coast accounts. This remote, home-based role requires periodic onsite presence in the Twin Falls, ID area with travel across the territory.

You will own revenue across key accounts, develop multi-year strategic plans, sell upgrades and parts, and partner with operations, engineering and field service to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in packaging industry (filling/capping equipment experience a plus)
• 5+ years managing client accounts with proven revenue growth
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong account planning, negotiation, and communication skills
• Based on the West Coast, within reach of Twin Falls, ID (no relocation)
• French is a plus

Serac Inc., a leading packaging machinery OEM (filling, capping, and cup-filling systems), is expanding its account management team and hiring a Customer Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of our most strategic West Coast accounts. This is a remote, home-based role for a candidate on the West Coast, with consistent onsite presence in the Twin Falls, ID area and travel across the territory.
