Job summary

Serac, a global OEM of filling, capping, and cup-filling packaging machinery, seeks an Account Manager in the Twin Falls, ID area. You will own and expand key Serac accounts, selling upgrades, tooling, spare parts, and service while collaborating with engineering and service teams to resolve production challenges.

Applicants must have 10 years in packaging equipment, 5 years in filling/capping, and 5 years in account management, with strong negotiation and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years of packaging equipment experience.
• 5 years of filling and capping experience.
• 5 years of managing client accounts.
• Proven problem solving, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, retain, and grow a portfolio of existing Serac accounts.
• Sell upgrades, retrofits, tooling, spare parts, and service.
• Partner with operations and engineering to solve production problems.
• Draft and execute strategic account plans driving revenue growth.
• Coordinate with engineering, applications, service, and parts.
• Manage pipeline, forecast, and hit revenue targets.
• Travel to customer sites to build relationships.
