Job summary

Serac Inc. is seeking a remote Customer Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of key East Coast accounts with regular territory travel. The role offers base pay between $95,000 and $105,000 plus uncapped commissions and full benefits.

You will lead revenue growth across the assigned accounts, develop multi-year strategic plans, and coordinate with operations, engineering, and field service to deliver exceptional customer value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the packaging industry (filling/capping equipment experience is a big plus, not required).
• 5+ years managing client accounts with proven revenue growth
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong account planning, negotiation, and communication skills
• Based on the East Coast / Northeast, able to travel across the territory (no relocation required)
• French is a plus

Serac Inc., a leading packaging machinery OEM (filling, capping, and cup-filling systems), is expanding its account management team and hiring a Customer Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of our key East Coast accounts. This is a remote, home-based role for a candidate in the Northeast, with regular travel across the territory to customer sites.

In this role you will:

Own and grow revenue across a portfolio of key East Coast accounts

Build and execute multi-year strategic account plans

Sell upgrades, retrofits, tooling, spare parts, and maintenance contracts

Partner with operations, engineering, and field service to deliver for customers

Serve as the trusted bridge between the customer's production floor and our technical teams

What we're looking for:
