Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or an AA with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong computer, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong internal and customer relationships.
• Manage order processing and provide status updates as needed.
• Monitor invoicing and receivables to ensure account accuracy.
• Maintain customer files and provide product knowledge to managers and customers.
• Coordinate quotes and bids while promoting safety and company values.
