Job summary

Ahead, LLC is seeking an Account Service Representative/Event Ops in New Bedford, MA. The role coordinates between customers, sales reps, and events, handling orders, inquiries, and on-site trade show support.

The position involves travel to live events, data entry, and customer account management with a regular 8:30am–5pm schedule in the office. On-site only; some travel is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is expected.

Responsibilities

• Input data from customer orders, POs, calls, and emails with accuracy.
• Communicate with customers and reps to answer questions and troubleshoot.
• Maintain customer accounts and insure timely order delivery.
• Assist with event setup, inventory, and on-site sales support.
• Support merchandising and product displays to maximize sell-through.
