Jobot is seeking a Permanent Custom Residential Project Manager for West Palm Beach, FL. This on-site role requires steering all phases of luxury home construction, from inception to completion, with a focus on precision, leadership, and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, schedules, teams, and communications with clients, architects, and subcontractors, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, preferably custom residential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of custom residential construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

• Make critical decisions under pressure, resolving issues during construction.
• Develop and maintain project schedules coordinating with stakeholders for timeliness.
• Conduct regular site inspections ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients.
• Manage project budgets, tracking costs and reporting variances.
• Foster strong client relationships to promote repeat business.

7. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
8. Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of work.
