Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager within custom home building or high-end residential construction.
• Proven experience managing luxury or fully custom residential projects.
• Florida residential construction experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of custom home construction from preconstruction and site work through final finishes and handover.
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, subcontractors, inspections and quality control.
• Experience coordinating with architects, interior designers, consultants, owners’ representatives and private clients.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, with a polished and professional approach.
• Ability to maintain exceptional standards across craftsmanship, safety, cleanliness and project execution.
• Highly organized, commercially aware and comfortable managing technically demanding residential projects.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges before they affect project delivery.
