Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Meridian, ID is seeking a customer-focused associate to build relationships and create custom framing solutions.

You will help customers shop, locate products, and provide a safe, well-merchandised store experience while delivering high-quality framing orders. You will follow SOPs, assist with stocking and Omni-channel processes, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean, organized frame shop.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience and experience selling products to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders on time with high quality.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock levels.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and store operations.
