Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is hiring for a Framing Associate in a full-time, on-site role. You will build customer relationships, help customers find framing solutions, and process purchases in a fast, friendly environment.

You’ll be part of a team ensuring the framing department stays stocked, accurate, and well-merchandised. Responsibilities include opening and closing the checkout, following SOPs, supporting safety programs, and helping train other team members.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred; experience selling products or services to customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results and assist in driving KPI achievement.
• Assist Framing Manager and train other team members; lead in manager’s absence.
