Job summary

Michaels in Midvale, UT is seeking a Store Associate to build customer relationships and deliver custom framing solutions. You will help customers locate products, complete framing orders, and keep the store clean, stocked, and well merchandised.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, supporting omnichannel processes, and adhering to SOPs while providing friendly service in a climate-controlled retail environment that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies to ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with customers while delivering custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
