Michaels Stores is seeking a store associate in Columbia, MO, to help customers create custom framing solutions and to maintain a well merchandised, in-stock store. You will assist customers, process framing orders, and operate the cash register, providing friendly service throughout the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while creating framing solutions and deliver sales results.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the frame department and replenishment processes.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
