Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. – Store – NWK-HOLMDEL, NJ – is seeking a framed-focused associate to assist customers, build relationships, and complete custom framing orders with accuracy. The role emphasizes friendly service, SOP adherence, and timely processing in a busy retail environment.

In this position you will operate framing equipment, support the frame shop, and help maintain an inviting in-store experience while handling basic computer tasks and POS responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Use Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships and provide custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Support shrink and safety programs and procedures.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
