Job summary

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions and deliver sales/results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
