Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Preferred experience leading a retail sales team in a framing or photo store.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions.
• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company standards.
• Drive custom framing sales and build customer relationships.
• Plan workload and staffing with the Store Manager to meet KPIs.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs; serve as MOD.
