• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers focused on building customer relationships while creating framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions.
• Plan workload, ensure SOP compliance, and manage KPIs and safety standards.
• Participate in onboarding, interviewing, coaching, and training; support Talent Development and Performance Mgmt.
