Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a store associate at the Jacksonville area framing shop to help customers craft memorable framing solutions and assist them in finding the right products. You will contribute to a safe, clean store and deliver friendly service while maintaining inventory and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include processing framing orders on time, operating the cash register, and following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and help them find framing solutions.
• Assist customers in shopping and locating products in-store.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Follow SOPs and company programs; support safety and shrink programs.
