You will plan workloads with the Store Manager, drive framing sales, manage inventory and safety programs, and serve as Manager on Duty. The role requires leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a framing team to build customer relationships and deliver framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and plan workload with the Store Manager.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs; serve as Manager on Duty.
