Job summary

Michaels Boynton Beach is seeking a Store Lead Framer who will supervise a framing team, build customer relationships, and drive custom framing sales by crafting tailored solutions. You will partner with the Store Manager to plan workloads, coach selling behaviors, ensure SOP compliance, and maintain store standards while delivering high-quality framing for customers.

This role supports operations, inventory and safety programs, and may require evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions.
• Assist Store Manager in ensuring SOPs and Company programs are followed and store policies are executed.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to meet deadlines and daily sales goals.
• Review sales and production workload and allocate framing tasks accordingly.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs; act as Manager on Duty.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members; support Talent Development.
