Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Bakery or cake decorating experience is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm and effective in stressful situations.
• Basic math skills for transactions and inventory checks.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and assist customers with questions about products.
• Offer product samples and prepare bakery items per customer requests.
• Decorate cakes and other bakery goods while ensuring freshness and quality.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise; monitor shelf life and dates.
