Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Custody Operations Manager to lead our Class Actions and Proxy operations within Asset Servicing. The role manages a team across Milwaukee, WI and St. Paul, MN, driving operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee domestic and global proxy activities, develop leaders, and partner with stakeholders to deliver excellent client service while guiding transformation initiatives and risk management across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of experience in trust and securities operational functions.
• Five to seven years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Class Actions, Domestic and Global Proxy, and income-related operations.
• Manage and develop a team across multiple locations.
• Partner with vendors, business partners, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service.
• Oversee escalations, operational risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive process improvements, workflow enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Support testing, system changes, and ongoing business transformation efforts.
