Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Class Actions & Proxy Manager to lead the daily operations and strategy for the Class Action and Proxy Services teams within Global Asset Servicing.

The role ensures accurate processing of proxy voting, class actions, entitlements, and asset servicing while maintaining strong controls and client service. The position requires 3–5 years in trust/securities operations and 3–5 years in management, with a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in trust and securities operational functions.
• 3–5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for the Class Action and Proxy Services teams within Global Asset Servicing.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of shareholder proxy voting, class action recovery, entitlement reconciliation, and client asset servicing.
• Drive operational excellence, strategic direction, and risk oversight.
• Collaborate with technology and product teams on platform enhancements and conversions.
• Liaise with vendors and external service providers to support regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.
