GLOVIS America, Inc. seeks a custodial/maintenance teammate to perform cleaning and upkeep in our plant manufacturing/warehouse setting. You will help ensure a clean, safe work environment and support facilities operations.

Responsibilities include trash removal, recycling, keeping bathrooms and break areas clean, reporting issues, maintaining inventory and equipment, and performing basic maintenance. A High School Diploma/GED and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license without restrictions.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Perform duties in a professional manner.

Responsabilités

• Remove trash in accordance with established procedures.
• Cardboard, wood, and steel recycling.
• Keep VPC Port clean and free of debris.
• Snow removal and light maintenance issues, such as clogged toilets, broken broom handles, etc.
• Responds to emergency calls for Custodial assistance, as needed.
• Report on any mechanical, manual, and/or preventative issues to management in a timely manner.
• Maintain bathrooms, break areas, and basic facilities cleanliness.
• Maintains inventory, submits supply requests and operates maintenance equipment.
• Operates various cleaning equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Summary
