Job summary

Hyundai GLOVIS America Inc. in Georgia seeks a Warehouse Associate responsible for unloading and loading trucks, verifying documents, and stocking materials in the correct locations.

You will support VPC line operations, log transfers, and ensure FIFO material flow throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities include stocking incoming freight, maintaining accurate inventory records in the Veles system, and assisting with yard and production team needs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Ability to follow specific instructions.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load all delivery trucks.
• Ensure the bill of lading matches the delivery material.
• Ensure the packing slip matches the material delivered by the supplies.
• Insure the VPC processing line has the correct material to process vehicles.
• Pull parts from the warehouse shelves and stock in the correct bins on the VPC line.
• Log all parts onto the transfer form and scan to the VPC line.
• Pull parts in date order, oldest material first (FIFO).
• Stock incoming freight onto warehouse shelves in date order.
• Move material to correct location after verification in the Veles system.
• Store Overstock of parts outside in containers.
• Support other departments’ needs (Yard, Body Shop).
• Conduct VPC line counts at end of day/month.
• Other duties as assigned.

Summary

Responsible for the unloading of incoming deliveries, placing the material in the correct locations in the warehouse, and supplying parts to the VPC line and PIO.

Responsibilities

Primary

• Unload and load all delivery trucks
  • Make sure the bill of lading matches the delivery material
  • Make sure the packing slip matches the material delivered by the supplies
• Insure the VPC processing line has the correct material to process vehicles
  • The parts are pulled from the warehouse shelves and stocked in the correct bins on the VPC line for use
  • All parts taken from the VPC line are logged onto the transfer form and scanned to the VPC line by the Inventory Parts Clerk.
  • All parts are to be pulled in date order, oldest material first (FIFO)
• All incoming freight to be stocked correctly onto the warehouse shelves
  • Once the material is verified and received into the Veles system by the inventory parts clerk, the material is moved to the correct location in the warehouse
  • All incoming material is stocked onto the shelved in date order
  • Overstock of parts are to be stored in the parts containers outside

Secondary

• Support the other department needs. (Yard, Body Shop)
• Conducting VPC line counts for the end of day, end of month, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
