You will lead supervisors and teams, coordinate across processing, accessory installation, body shop, and maintenance functions, and drive improvements to reduce dwell and aging inventory.

Qualifications

• The Assistant Manager leads daily vehicle processing operations.
• Plans daily production based on inventory, aging, staffing, and priorities.
• Manages aging inventory and reduces dwell in coordination with teams.
• Oversees heavy port-installed options and complex installations.
• Monitors productivity, aging, dwell, and schedule attainment.
• Coordinates cross-functional work across processing, body shop, and mechanical.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution and performance of the vehicle processing operation.
• Develop and execute daily production plans per customer requirements.
• Ensure targets are met safely, with quality standards.
• Monitor aging and implement recovery plans to reduce dwell.
• Coordinate vehicle movement through processing and final release.
• Provide regular performance updates to leadership and customer reps.
