GLOVIS America, Inc. is seeking a Vehicle Logistics Coordinator to oversee the movement and status of vehicles in load lanes and to serve as the main contact for the Vehicle Logistics and Rail Team. This role operates in a plant manufacturing/warehouse setting in Georgia.

You will monitor vehicle locations, generate shift reports, and resolve issues related to truck and rail movements, ensuring timely problem resolution and smooth operations.

Summary

Responsible for coordinating the movement and monitoring the status of all vehicles in the load lanes. Main point of contact for the Vehicle Logistics and Rail Team, regarding issues with load land vehicles. Ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the status of the vehicles in the load lanes to ensure they are parked correctly and in the right location.
• Run reports throughout the shift to identify and resolve issues including, but not limited to: unreleased vehicles, repair vehicles, open activities.
• Respond to Truck carries and rail issues promptly.

Secondary

• Open and pull R/O's from the load lanes.
• Resolve dead batteries.
• Ensure vehicle locations are updated.
• Bay up vehicles as needed.
• Notify management of any issues regarding the condition of the load lanes: asphalt condition, littler, poor lighting, etc.
• Shuttle vehicles as required by management.
