Qualifications

• Must be able to comply with and pass a federal background check as required by the contract.

• Have a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle with current insurance coverage.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Must wear protective equipment per OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collect all garbage and recyclables from the assigned locations and place them in the correct disposal dumpster.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and fixtures daily with a germicidal solution.
• Wet mop all washable floors including restrooms, stairwells, elevators, offices and storage areas.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas and dust-mop corridors.
• Dust, clean and sanitize other surfaces.
• Refill paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap in all dispensers.
• Participate in emergency drills and environmental safety activities as requested.
• Attend and participate in worksite safety and in-service training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all safety requirements and procedures at all times.
