Job summary

Creative Management Technology, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Floor Tech in Cleveland, OH. The 2nd shift runs 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime.

The position offers an hourly rate of $21.06 and bi-weekly pay, along with health benefits, vacation, PTO, sick days, paid holidays, and 401K. Responsibilities include operating floor care equipment, conducting preventative maintenance checks, buffing and caring for floors, and moving heavy objects while maintaining

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a federal background check as required by contract.
• Submit and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Personal vehicle with current insurance coverage.
• Must be able to physically move through the worksite and lift 40 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform bending, squatting, lifting, carrying, and pushing.
• Must wear protective equipment (gloves, safety glasses) per OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment for floor care maintenance (automatic scrubbers, floor machines, wet/dry vacuums).
• Performs preventative maintenance checks on equipment before use.
• Provides floor care including buffing and burnishing on hard surfaces.
• Performs floor maintenance such as stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, bonneting and extracting carpets.
• Moves furniture and other heavy objects as needed.
• Complies with all safety requirements and procedures at all times.
• Performs other cleaning duties as assigned by management.

Primary Duties

• Operates various types of equipment used for floor care maintenance, such as automatic scrubbers, floor machines, and wet/dry vacuums
• Performs preventative maintenance checks on all equipment prior to use
• Provides floor care, including buffing and burnishing on hard surfaces
• Provides floor maintenance, including but not limited to stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, bonneting and extracting carpets
• Move furniture and other heavy objects
• Comply with all safety requirements and procedures at all times
• Perform other cleaning duties as specified by management
