Job summary

Maryland Brand is seeking a Custodian to maintain clean, safe facilities in Washington, DC. The role is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, on-site, part-time. Under supervision, you will perform general cleaning, restrooms, floors, and event setup.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, window cleaning, and reporting hazards. This position participates in the AbilityOne Program and offers health benefits, retirement plan, and employer-provided insurance.

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Under the supervision of the Project Manager and on-site Supervisor, the Custodian performs general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure that assigned facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. Secondary supervision is provided by the Contracts Administrator.
