Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You will perform janitorial tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain daily upkeep while adhering to safety protocols.

Hazardous waste duties may be required, including classification, labeling, and packaging as needed. The role requires basic training (3–6 months preferred) and may involve forklift certification.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as listed on daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Follow safety rules and company procedures
• Maintain clean work area and professional conduct
