Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. Responsibilities include janitorial duties, hazardous waste tasks, and operating cleaning equipment.

The role requires following safety rules, teamwork, and professional communication with staff and customers. Training may be provided; forklift certification could be required in some tasks.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement.
• 3–6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as per daily schedule.
• Hazardous Waste responsibilities as described: collection, classification, sorting, storage, shipping, labeling, cleaning, recycling.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain daily upkeep.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor and follow safety rules.
• Work in a team and support shift lead with punch-list items; maintain professional conduct.
