Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a reliable Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, follow the daily schedule, and operate motorized cleaning equipment to keep spaces safe and presentable.

Strong communication, basic reading of instructions, and the ability to work weekends are important. No specific education is required; 3–6 months of training or experience is preferred, with driving license possibly needed and forklift

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license and forklift certification.
• Completed safety and task training certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and follow the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies and procedures.
• Maintain clean work area and work in a team with staff.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct; interact politely with customers.
